Market Watch: Bell Peppers

I used to think I didn’t like bell peppers. Then a few years ago at a family meal one of my aunts made an amazing bell pepper dish — it was simply strips of bell pepper sauteed very quickly with garlic and salt. The peppers were warmed but still crunchy, and the salt brought out their sweetness nicely. I was hooked.
Not only are bell peppers great for you, but they brighten up ay dish with their lovely color. And they go with just about any cuisine, so you can use them in pastas, stir fries, soups, salads, etc.
