Furaibo
furaibo in LA is a restaurant known for their fried food goodness. my favorite is their hanpan cheese, hanpan fish cakes stuffed with cheese wrapped in seaweed then deep fried served with a bowl of steamy white rice…..*droooools. sadly i was there during lunch hours and they don’t serve that at lunch. i got their lunch combo (95% of the menu were fried food) spicy chicken thigh and fried fish. *note Japanese spicy is more on the sweet side and their spicy is more a mild* everything on that plate was sooooo good, perfectly fried. their salad had chunks of tuna which was weird but good.
