Donny Tsang moved to New York in 2003 from Los Angeles. Currently living in Brooklyn working on his photography project, Foodaissance, and interviewing other food photogs. He is also a contributor for Serious Eats: NY, Midtown Lunch, Metromix NY and Nona Brooklyn.

Ever since moving to New York, he found hummus, lentils and cheese plates quite enjoyable but nothing beats a simple plate of spam and eggs over rice.

Howard Walfish is a Virginia native who has been living in New York since 2003. In addition to writing for Eat to Blog he occasionally writes for Serious Eats: NY and Nona Brooklyn, and he created BrooklynVegetarian.
