I generally think of rhubarb and tomatoes as summer produce, but this morning the Greenmarket had both — albeit the green varieties. Seeing tomatoes and rhubarb at the market before the arrival of asparagus may be surprising, but it’s yet another reminder that, yes, Spring is coming.
