10 Million Strong (and Growing)

Slate.com posted an article today about being a vegetarian in America today. Although there are about 10 million of us in the country, it’s true that people often give me the old hairy eyeball when they find out I don’t eat meat. The article is a little obnoxious at times, but it makes some good points. Click the quote to read.
